Quentin began making web resources for his own students at Insearch in 1999 when he bought his first computer. With every new class he began to add resources for the different levels in the Insearch Academic English pathway.

Eventually the website, known as “Quentin's website”, contained resources for most of the English levels at Insearch.

In 2003, these resources were expanded to make a new website for Insearch English students. The website resources – lessons and activities - were specifically tied into the syllabus in each of the GE and AEP levels of Insearch English. Interactive exercises were made to give students extra practice in all the skills being learnt in any particular level.

In 2007 Insearch commissioned Quentin and the IT department to make a real Insearch English eLearning website with an Insearch URL address. “Quentin's website” was transformed, with additions, to the website now known as Insearch English e learning
